Many thanks to Nicolas Vautier for permission to use his July 2006 photo dubbed “Pink Scooter and Polka Dots” that I spotted in his Flickr photostream. One commenter posted that this ‘pink scooter girl’ is the one in the new Dell commercial. I’m not sure if she’s the same person, but she’s definitely the subject of a few pink scooter sighting photos on the streets of New York City. And I have to say, while some people may not mind that she’s wearing this particular outfit, this is one of the reasons I choose not to wear miniskirts while riding a scooter.
