The photos are pretty clear, and the truck that the scooter is thrown into has distinctive features. If you are in the Denver area, and know or recognize the people or the truck in the survelliance tape, you are encouraged to call the owner or the Denver police. According to the news story, this scooter was the owner’s main form of transportation.
