It’s hard to believe, but here in the northeast, the temperatures are starting to drop a bit as September creeps closer. I’ve been searching through the latest fall-weather riding gear, and the Joe Rocket Womens Luxor Jacket is going right on the top of my list. It’s got a nylon exterior with lots of vents and reflective piping, and a zip-in/out liner for chillier days. Cynthia Price of San Francisco sent me these two photos, highlighting her love of pink accessories and gear (not to mention a super cool purple snow leopard scooter seat cover).

Accenting her plum Vespa LX are a pink jeweled Hello Kitty window cling from Target, a pink silhouette of a woman holding a helmet, and a charming miniature pink bicycle basket on the back.

Her pink gear includes a HJC CL-SP Type O helmet (she writes, “I bought it after reading about it on girlbike…”) and a pink Cortech LNX jacket.

Icon Hooligan jacket

We can always count on Icon to bring even more pink gear to the table. This year, the new high-collar mesh Icon Hooligan jacket jacket is probably my favorite of the company’s offerings, and just happens to match the Icon Hooligan helmet I wrote about yesterday.

The Hooligan comes with an isulated water resistant liner, and has a suggested retail price of $195. The pink version is called ‘blush’, and the jacket also comes in black or purple.

Icon Mainframe Bombshell GO-GO

I was so into the CDI thing and the Last Mile Ride and Long Haul that I completely missed the release of the Icon Womens Mainframe Bombshell GO-GO Helmet. How you can miss something like this is beyond me. The price point is a little high at $300, but you have to admit it’s awfully cute. Note the pink tinted shield.

Its matching jacket, the Icon Womens Bombshell GO-GO Jacket, is also super cute. It retails for $500. I haven’t seen any matching pants or chaps yet, but in a pinch, I’m sure you can make do with a pair of pants from last year’s line.
